I'm sorry that it's taken me so long to get back to you. Things are moving very quickly now that our house is under contract. We are working feverishly with our contractor to get the new house going before interest rates go up any higher.

I want to thank you for all that you've done to aid us in the sale of our house and the planning of our new house. I had always been interested in Feng Shui, but I hadn't realized that it went beyond the placement, color and shape of household objects. Then a friend suggested that I contact you to see if there was something blocking the sale of our house and to make sure that our new house would be built in a manner that would best suit the site and us as individuals.

As you know, our house had been on the market for a few months when I contacted you. While we always received positive feedback from lookers no one even made us an offer. There always seemed to be an intangible "something" that put them off. If I wasn't a believer in positive and negative energy forces before your visit, I certainly became one after we stood in my dining room and watched the chandelier lights flicker off and on as we discussed the history of my 120 year old home. I was also mystified as to how you could know by standing in our bedroom that I had suffered a curious illness for most of the years we had lived there.

The buyer interest increased immediately after your initial clearing but we still had no offers. I think it was the call I received from you a few weeks later that enabled the final shift. You said that you had done another clearing but that a thought kept coming to you concerning my attachment to the house with regard to appreciation. Although you didn't know what it meant, I did. I went to the house and spent some time recognizing the twenty years I'd lived there. I hadn't realized that I had neglected to acknowledge and appreciate my life there before moving on. I was glad to be reminded to do so. In fewer that 10 days time our house was under contract at full price. I am so happy the way things turned out and feel good about handing the house over to its new owners free and clear.
